What is an E-ticket?

An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a number given to passenger in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to show this unique confirmation number at the airline counter of airport to get boarding card. The passenger also has the option to carry airline PNR (passenger name record) number if the reservation has been processed electronically.

What are the ticket cancellation charges on MySuperTrip.com?

You can cancel flight booking offline. Every airline has its own cancellation policy and charges. MySuperTrip.com charges Rs. 1500 as standard cancellation charges for offline bookings while for online ticket cancellation we charge Rs. 1300. For offline ticket cancellation you can call up our customer care number.

What is an e-ticket and how can I get it?

Electronic ticket is a paperless electronic document with unique confirmation number. You get e-ticket via an email sent to you at the email address provided by you during booking process. You need to show the unique confirmation number at the airport while checking in for the flight.

How can I change the date of my flight booking?

You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care helpline to do any change of flights in your booking. If you want to change your flight to a flight that is operated by another airline, you will need to cancel your existing booking and make a fresh booking.

How do I check if my flight is on time or not?

You can check the status for any flight departing within 24 hours by clicking on the Flight Status link.

What are the payment options I get on MySuperTrip.com?

MySuperTrip.com accepts payments via all credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards issued in India and net banking payments.

My money has been deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. What should I do?

Such cases though rare usually happen when one is paying through net banking and are usually the result of a slow internet connection.

What is a holiday package?

A holiday package combines flights/trains with hotels and/or sightseeing activities into one price.

I want to book a Holiday Package. Can I pay using someone else's credit card?

Yes, you can pay with someone else's card also.

How can I make changes in my holiday package?

You can talk to our customer care help to make changes in your holiday package, but you need to do this before sending us a confirmation message.

I don't have a printer available to take out the print out of the e-ticket of my flight booking. What do I do?

MySuperTrip.com sends you an SMS containing the PNR number of your flight booking, besides emailing you your e-ticket. You can go to the airport and show this SMS at the airline counter at the entrance of the airport. They would retrieve your booking and give you a print-out of your ticket that you can use for checking in for your flight.

How do I get confirmation of my hotel booking on MySuperTrip.com?

You will get a confirmation email and an SMS upon completing the booking process.

Do I need to reconfirm my hotel reservation with MySuperTrip.com?

he hotel confirmation email sent by MySuperTrip.com is an absolutely confirmed reservation. Therefore, if you have already received a hotel confirmation email from us, you are not required to reconfirm your booking with the hotel, if you have not received the hotel confirmation after 3 hours from booking, and then kindly contact the Customer Support team.

Is it possible to get early / late Check-In / out?

Most hotels in India usually have Check-In and Check-Out timings set at 12 Noon. Though there are some hotels that may allow an early Check-In or late Check-Out, it depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotel might have at its disposal at that time. Further, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for one day extra in the case of an early Check-In or late Check-Out.
